Cranbourne Boarding Kennels

I could not thank Michelle and everyone at Cranbourne kennels enough! Had really terrible experiences in the past with boarding kennels but these guys have truly redeemed my confidence with boarding kennels. My very fussy Border Collie was so well looked after, she has come home happy but extremely worn out in a good way. Michelle went over and above to make sure my fussy pup ate her dinner, even though she turned her nose up at what was on offer! I really couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you soooo much!

My dogs boarded here for 4 weeks over Christmas and were very happy and healthy when I returned to pick them up. The grounds are very well maintained, the excercise yards are great. Will be using this establishment for the future. Thank you Michelle.

Very experienced couple when it comes to dogs. Very good service our dogs have always been happy here. Highly recommended and reasonable rates.

We recently left our two small dogs at Cranbourne Boarding Kennels for a three night stop over. We reside in NSW and we had had no previous experience using dog kennels in Melbourne. Cranbourne Boarding Kennels web site suggests that cleanliness is a paramount factor to consider when choosing a kennel. After we were shown where our dogs would be housed each evening we were more than happy with our decision to leave our dogs at this facility.

We found the owner very friendly and caring. She showed a genuine willingness to provide the service we were looking for. We called and checked to see if there were rooms for our puppies over the coming Christmas break. There were, and we thought it sounded like a good place, so we arranged a meet/greet/viewing at the kennels at a later time. We later called the kennel, but our proposed meeting time was not convenient for the management. When we called back again to arrange another time, our spot had been given to someone else, without anyone even trying to contact us. Can't say I've seen the kennels and the management did seem lovely on the phone, but we are now left with very few options to board our dogs just before Christmas. Would not reccomend.
