Terrible - had a building to be moved from my backyard. Was a bit of a major operation. Took weeks of planning organising the power company to take down the service line & getting other things ready. The day before everything was on track/confirmed and ready to go. At 6.15 p.m. the night before i get a phone call from them saying they had to cancel as their driver had a broken thumb. and asked if they could move it to the day after even though they were fully aware it had taken 3 weeks to get an appointment with the power company. Would not listen to any of my concerns or offer any suggestions to remedy the problem. Asked if he knew of anyone who would do this the reply was 'no one would want to do that job'. When told that I was going to be $700 out of pocket by cancelling the power company they said there was nothing they could do about it.
