Crane Trucks R Us is a new company with a new approach. With late model equipment, fully certified and ticketed operators and Queenslands largest fleet of 3/4 cab crane trucks, were determined to offer more than just great service, were actively working side by side to find new ways to increase product delivery, increase our clients brand exposure and minimise downtime by simplifying the communication methods that set back deliveries and ultimately disappoint customers.
Crane Trucks R Us is a partner to our clients, not a delivery contractor.
This new approach has already seen results that defies the current downturn and impresses our new clients. Weve seen our newest client go from using one truck a couple times of week on trial, to a dedicated truck co-branded with their logo and contact details, to plans for more dedicated trucks within the near future. Not impressed. I was charged for a larger (more expensive) truck than quoted, job took about 50% longer than expected (operator offered no explanation as to why I was billed for so many hours). Operator offered partial refund but when the partial refund arrived it was less than had been agreed. Only good thing to say is that the truck (wrong size) turned up at about the right time. I won't be using this company again.
