Cranium Hair

I have been a client of Kristie at Cranium for some time now. She is absolutely a brilliant hairdresser cut, colour and style spot on all the time. Would recommend this salon to anyone and very friendly staff also.

Always 5 star service at Cranium. The girls always make sure you're looked after and walk out happy! Been a Cranium client for 10 years and have never been disappointed- that's consistency! Mel is an incredible stylist- you rock!!! Thank you for always going above and beyond to make me look FAB!

Great hair cut & colour!!!

I went in with colour abused, long straggly hair! Kelly suggested we even out the colour and cut it short. The condition is so much better and I love the cut. Also the little touches like the champagne, head & hand massage make the whole experience fantastic. Great work ladies! :)

NEW CUSTOMER REVIEW Made an appointment at Cranium last week to have base, cut and blow dry. Received text to confirm appointment, called and CONFIRMED. Arrived this morning at schedule time, only to be told " I cancelled my appointment " in no uncertain terms by the management. Advised them I didn't, then they realized that there were 2 people with my name, The management then let me know they could "FIT ME IN LATER" to which I responded ,I have event, I need my hair done now. I Was GIVEN to another staff, base done, was left there for 35 min while the staff did the other client's hair!!!! Decided to go, had base rinsed and left.. Saw the management come in NO CONTACT. Get home and base didn't take to all my hair, .NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE/PRODUCT BAD, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BAD. CLEARLY ALL LEVELS OF SERVICE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROFESSIONALLY NEGATIVE ALL-ROUND
