This pharmacy has it all! I am travelling to South East Asia, first overseas trip, with my wife and two young girls who just turned 7. I went in to the pharmacy for some travel advice and they really had the whole solution.
I saw the Nurse Practitioner who was able to go through all the travel advice with me, prescribe and administer the required vaccinations and she was so good with the girls who normally cannot sit still when there is a needle in sight.
The pharmacist also had plenty of handy travel tips and talked to us about risk of rabies and always looking out that the girls don't get in contact with stray dogs on the roads.

I was running past after a job the other day feeling like dropping straight off the planet. The pharmacist there (can't remember her name sorry!) was awesome, saved me a trip to the doc as she knew what she was talking about. Got some meds and soldiered on for the rest of the week (which my customers were pretty happy about). Thanks guys
I have recently started working close to Cravens and thought, great, my new local! After one visit there I will never come back again. Service was terrible, not one person greeted me when I came in. I was then served by staff who was rude and abrupt and couldn't even crack a smile. And to make things worse, their prices were high!

I am extremely lucky enough to have Craven Pharmacy in the same building as me! I've been a customer of theirs for almost 2 years now and love going there.. alot of the times I go in for one thing and come out with a whole heap of stuff! Their front counter always has something cool on offer. The staff are absolutely amazing and they always make you feel welcome. Keep up the good work team!! :)

I have been a customer of Craven Pharmacy in the Perth CBD for a number of years now.
The staff are very professional, friendly and it is a delight to be served by them. They are always ready to help, and when you go into the Pharmacy, there is not a long wait before one of these friendly staff are at your side, asking if they can help you. Also if there is a particular product that you want and they do not have they pull out all stops to see if they can obtain it for you. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
I love going into the store, it always has a friendly atmosphere and there is always new products displayed on their counter to give as gifts etc.
The staff are always ready to help and advise you in your choice.
