DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. 2 days after purchasing a brand new phone from them, I took it back because it was faulty...Although still covered by a manufacturers warranty, the staff told me it was a common problem according to the Nokia forum, and to keep an eye on it. I complained to Crazy Johns and demanded a replacement phone, or for my contract to be nullified, and strangely enough my internet began to suffer badly.

They do and say all the right things to suck you in, but once they have your money, that's where the niceties finish. Save yourself alot of drama and money and go elsewhere.
