Crazy Sales

Mark of SuperSavingsOnline (also known as Crazy Sales) has an eBay store physically based in Glenroy, Victoria and I bought three leather office chairs from him on 28 November 2019. One of the chairs went missing in transit for several weeks and, when it arrived, I discovered two of the chairs were damaged in multiple places. I wanted Mark to offer a partial refund and recover his losses through making a claim with Toll Inpec but he low balled me with his offer. He repeatedly failed to make a claim and tried to push me into returning the items or accepting replacement items instead. I escalated the matter with eBay but Mark refused to give a partial refund. I also escalated the matter with Paypal but he again refused to give a partial refund. In the end Paypal said I have to return the items at my cost (hundreds for freight alone) and I would not be reimbursed anything for return shipping.
