Very disappointing service, I pre-paid $135 & the technician came out, press 2 bottoms switched of the mains & tried to call to other people, no reply said he didn't know what the problem was, but would order a part??? & ring me same day. Um nothing, so I rang and left a complaint he rang me said it couldn't be fixed, that I had bought a useless oven. Tried to give me his friends name to buy a new oven. My Husband found the part sourced a new one & fixed it today. I got the feeling that they take your money tell you nothing can be done & think that is it. Pls do your homework don't believe all reviews (like I did). I will be seeking advice on how to retrieve even part of my money.
Technician attended the job and inspected the oven he advised due to the way the stove was installed the gas hose was to short and needed a plumber to disconnect so it could be pulled out safely so we could re attended to repair. We appreciate any feedback and all comments are welcome.
My washing machine suddenly broke down mid-cycle and I contacted Creation Appliance Repairs who came to the rescue. They were quick, friendly and fairly priced. They set a clear expectation and came when they said they would instead of leaving me to wait for hours. Would use them again!
Creation Appliance Repairs came out to my place to fix my dishwasher in Double Bay. From the moment I sent an enquiry they were quick, efficient and had great service. My dishwasher was up and running in no time and they are reasonable. Will use them again and they are A+.
