If you want to get the best price when selling your home - DONT use these guys. They are lazy. Especially if having to work with a potential buyer for a bit longer to get another $20-$30k - which means nothing to their personal commission. We made an offer on a home 2wks ago that has recently been on the market for over 6mths. We have just found it on the net as sold - this agent never even called us to advise that the vendor was finally seriously considering accepting an offer & no counter offer or negotiating occurred!!
