Can you folk make coffee that is NOT luke warm? Can you improve your service or is slow and dull your norm? Sorry but we came in once and walked past many times last week and saw you at close quarters. You can do better I am sure. Where is that rude TV chef?

Food was stale, everything was overpriced, card machine was faulty. The location is conveniently across from the traffic department and the premises is air conditioned.
