WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT HALF A RATING - ZERO DUE TO VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They offered to fix our system, but just asked to get an installation code, which most companies provide with no trouble, most write them in the instruction manual... I called & asked them politely if they could give it to me, they replied in a rude manner that they can't give it to me, but it takes a lot of playing around. ...read more
I am sure you have mixed up your companies or possibility mistaken the circumstances or communication? Regardlesd our experience could not have been more different to yours. They were beyond incredible. Will use them when ever we can and refer in a heart beat.
