Yep, getting around this place, and even finding a seat, was a nightmare. Then again it did happen to be a Friday night, and it was also Surry Hills, so I guess this is something that you should expect when it comes to inner city pubs. Actually, there are probably quite a lot of pubs in this situation. Sure, they had some pretty decent beers on tap (though nothing quite out of the ordinary), and there was an outdoor area, and also lots and lots of people all crowded into a rather small area. I’ll probably stick with saying that this pub was okay, but nothing really out of the ordinary.
This is a cute spot for a quick drink on a weekday but on Fridays and weekends the place is rammed with people. The outdoor beer garden area is small but good if you can get a seat. The drinks are nicely priced. A great place to grab a quick drink.
