With having previous experience from working at a dealership myself, I was expecting a high standard of assistance at Cricks Mt Gravatt however, this was not the case.
Due to having one-on-one conversations with the dealer manager, I found his attitude to be sexist as well as having a rude and arrogant manner. I will never recommend Cricks Mt Gravatt.
If I could give this company 0 stars then I would.
When you give a car to the service department for 7 weeks to resolve an issue it's had since new, you expect it to be fixed. Nup!
They've had the car in total over two months of it's short life, and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.
One wonders if the fixed price service regime takes precedence over warrant repairs in the mindset of the service personnel.
Lord where do i start?! Bought my Škoda Octavia from here and the purchase experience was very pleasant - great deal on the drive away price and got in and out on delivery day in no time at all. I travelled from the Gold Coast up to Mt Gravatt, that's how happy i was with their service. Unfortunately, thats where the pleasantries stop.
The car was not delivered with the voice activation feature enabled but i was assured by their sales member Alex that the feature will be added at my local Škoda dealer on the Gold ...read more
