Mark from Critical Care was absolutely great and we highly recommend him. He did our pest control and termite inspection on our house and we are very happy with the results and his price was the best after ringing around.Cockroaches and spiders have since moved out :) and the chemicals he used were fine for our pets and me since I suffer from allergies and we had troubles with pest bombs in the past. Mark was very helpful, very professional and very thorough in his inspection and gave us very good advice for which we are grateful. He is a very nice person and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure having him at our house and we will call him again next time.
We have had Mark around our place a few times. The first time was when we had a termite mound in our back yard. Mark diagnosed the species as being harmless and provided some advice without charging.
Since then, we have had mark back a few times. He is a true gentleman and professional. I have always been happy with his work, and his rates are very reasonable. So if you are in the Hills district / Mitchelton are, you would be crazy not to hire Mark for all you pest management needs!
