Croc's Playcentre

Incredibly disappointing experience. We would have loved to visit again & recommend the venue, however the lack of service and disrespectful nature of the 2 main staff (specifically the 2 older ladies behind the counter - one of which advised she is the owner) was enough for my family and I to never return and warn others to avoid. The way they speak to and the complete lack of acknowledgment to customers and what seems to be of certain ethnic groups, is disgraceful. We left feeling disheartened. Not to mention their treatment of an employee who was doing the majority of the cleaning and was being trained on the register.

Very good staff, clean play centre for the kids, service was excellent

We had so much fun here for a birthday that we attended. The playcenter is very large with plenty of things for the kids to do to keep them entertain and occupied for quite some time. It's very safe for the kids and the staff have great energy. A bit more pricy than other playcenters but the kids seem to have fun each time they're here. Happy to go back and would most likely be throwing a party here for my kids one day in the future.

I had birthday party arranged for my son's birthday party last saturday on 9th july at derrimut crocs play centre. When i went there and paid deposite everything was ok but after that very bad customer service and rude staff. I called to ask question and the lady named"Rose.." Was very rude and seem like she is favouring me by giving me free party arrangements. She was always keeping my conversation to end like not interested. I told her this as well saying i am really paying lot to do this party because i thought this centre is new but doesnt mean she can answer like this.!! Very disappointed. Glad there has been a new play centre that opened up in the area. Croc's Playcentre in Derrimut in the perfect location. The layout is very spacious and equipment for children are of course brand new however seem to be better of a design than others. I like the open tricycle track. This really encourages kids to learn to ride because now my son is a pro. The toilets are super clean and spacious, enough cubicles to not have to wait. It is a bit pricier than other play centre but you will know why. I hope it stays clean and well looked after because it is a place that i would like to keep taking the kids.
