Our intsructors are highly trained and provide you with the motivation and expertise to get the results you want! Our fusion of military training and sports conditioning is so effective it has even been proven to be more effective than one on one personal training, and for a lot less cost! Cross Camp holds morning sessions every monday, wednesday and friday at Brighton Beach from 5:45 - 6:45.
