Working the 10 Components of Fitness - cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, speed, balance, and accuracy. The movements are a mix of Olympic lifting, strongman, gymnastics, kettlebells, ropes, bars, and balls.
