This place has an awesome feel! I'm new to Crossfit, but felt was made to feel right at home by all the amazing coaches. Everyone was really supportive and great fun to work out with.
What an amazing vibe! The second you walk through the door you are met with super friendly coaches and an awesome group of people. I've often felt intimidated by group fitness but the crew at CFHE make you feel like one of the family. And make exercising fun!
