I spent the day here yesterday and I have to say it is the most popular and busiest Crossfit Gym I have visited yet. Keen staff (as pretty much all do) with very keen and supportive others. Nice gears. Oh and a fabulous little shop that makes great coffees but also amazing fruit and coconut water power drinks, fresh. Mmmmm. That alone will drag me back, happily.
