Crossmember Automotive Repairs

Honest advice, thorough workmanship and all at a fair price....hard to find these days. I couldn't recommend Geoff and Trent highly enough. I refer anyone looking for a mechanic to these boys and those friends that have been have always told me they'll be continuing to use Geoff and Trent....for the same reasons I do!

I made contact with Crossmember to ask them to look over a car that I was looking to buy privately. Jeff very kindly spent the time to talk me through what they would need to do to the car and after spending at least 20-30 minutes on the phone we finished the conversation and I knew that I'd found a top quality mechanic. I took the car in and they kept me posted as to what needed doing, how much it would cost and how long it would take. They kept the parts that were changed and took the time to show them to me and explain to me why the work needed to be done they even allowed me to ask questions and took the time to explain everything, even when I didn't always understand. Both Trent & Jeff couldn't have been any better to deal with, as a girl I have been made to feel incredibly stupid by many mechanics but not for one second did they make me feel this way, in fact the complete opposite. I used Crossmember Automotive and they were great, customer service is good and they are quick, friendly and real helpful, not to mention I have had no problems with my car since I have been taking it there.
