Went into Crossroads Parramatta today, the rudeness of the staff on at least 4 occasions was ridiculous, even literally as my friend went to take an item off the rack snatching it from her hands & snapping at her that they were removing that item. One stuff without any excuse me or patience butt in to inform us of their sales despite my friend very clearly being in the middle of telling me something. One staff tried to tell my friends granddaughter an inappropriate joke which only the staff thought was funny, we didn't find it at all funny!
