Crossroads

I drove all the way to the nearest Cross Roads branch, which was in Westpoint, Blacktown. The staff and management team for The Blacktown branch were very efficient in explaining the exchanging policy on Sale items.I was happy to know that clothes bought at any branch of Cross Roads can be exchanged at any other branch.

The staff at Cross Roads ,Seven Hills told me the reason that they don't allow customers to exchange sale items was that their COMPUTER was not taking it in. Secondly, they did not scan loyalty cards for purchases stating that ," we don't beep the card for sale items". (At Cross Roads, Blacktown loyalty cards were scanned for all sorts of purchases).

It seems that Fair Trading needs to be approached.
