So expensive! But a really great hotel. Great facilities like huge swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa treatment rooms. Its right on the water so the beach is just a hop and skip away.

Nice hotel in a good spot if your just after a beer....food has been very disappointing - I have eaten their twice since the renos and this is what I found. My first meal was a seafood platter for two...it was fresh and most of it was tasty however, the bowl of Prawns and Mussels in a garlic cream sauce although nice had a half a cup of garlic sludge in the bottom of the bowl, not a nice find, second meal was a Chicken Caesar Salad...which was around $16 which could be justified if it had not come in a bowl the size of a cereal bowl...which was tilted sideways so you had to be careful the food didn't fall out..besides it being miniscule it was also extremely dry with little dressing if any at all. I won't be eating their again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Its in a fabulous spot on the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and clubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. Lovely big pool, spa, gym - all good. We had a great view from out room and the bathroom is noce and big with nice toiletries.

This is an extremely busy hotel, with all the pluses and minuses that brings. Great for families and a night out, and the staff really go the extra mile to make the stay memorable. Great breakfast in the morning, but can get a little noisy at night. The room decor styles are a bit controversial: I think some people find it a bit dated, while some really like the more colonial appeal. I thought it was fine myself, but I think it comes down to taste.
