DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER I have been using this dry cleaner for 20 years, but it has recently changed hands, I dropped off my expensive white linen table cloth on 15.12.16 and was told to pickup on 20th, I went on 23rd and was told he had sent it off site and it wasnt back, I said I would return in the morning and was waiting out the fron on Christmas Eve, he found the cloth and said it hasnt been pressed and would just do it quickly for me.. Now the cloth only really needed a press I had washed it and put it away from the previous year so I knew it was spotless when I took it in. So I went back in 10 minutes, it was not pressed and had creases all over it and he said they couldnt get all the stains out!!! he showed me these faded blue dye stains!!! it was spotless when I took it in, I told him that and I started to open it up and found further stains that were a dull brown in a long streak and droplets!!!! I am very happy with their dry cleaning......took my wedding gown which other dry cleaners did not want to touch and the out come was amazing....all stains ...gone.
They also cleaned my white shirt with red wine.....back to white again.Alteration lady and the new staff are soooooo helpful. Will never go to any other dry cleaners in Croydon.
