Absolutely terrible service. Booked a group of 11 including 1child's and 1 baby's restraint car seats. The driver comes to pick us up from the cruise terminal and has forgotten the children's seat. Then instead of admitting he is irresponsible and wrong, seems to think it is ok that we hold our baby in our lap on the drive home! Are you kidding me?! We had to get another taxi and pay $135 to get home and he would only reimburse us $50. The worst customer service I have experienced. No sign of regret from Craig the driver. I would NEVER recommend this company. Steer clear!! #reviewtowin
The driver did apoolgise for the error and offered to return with the seats. The passengers then decided to go ahead organise other transport. The driver returned more than the 4 passengers portion of the fare $50. The other 7 passengers were transported as scheduled. We regret this human error but rest assured this is our only negative feedback with a large repeat clientele.
