I recently purchased a new BMW 318I and took my vehicle to Crusader Auto Motors for a road worthy. The service I encountered and the expertise shown by the mechanics was great. The work carried out was above satisfactory, very happy with the service provided. I had no issues upon getting my RWC at VicRoads everything was perfect. Very very highly recommended to all my friends and family and would never go anywhere else!
I took my Honda CRV for 100,000kms at crusader motors on 15th April.
I cant speak highly enough of the service received by the staff.
Repairs and service carried out on my car were fantastic and the price was also fair and reasonable compared to Honda dealers.

Where do I start. I took my Toyota to Crusader because my lights were not working. After a day they tell me it is the combination switch and quoted me $750 because there are none available in Melbourne and needed to get the part from Adelaide. I told them forget about it, so they charged me $100 for diagnosing the problem and for there time. (which is fair enough if they got it right!) I rang the first place I saw in truelocal and found another place and they quoted me $180 to replace the combination switch and had 4 in stock ($570 cheaper than Crusader). I took my car to them and they tried 4 different combination switches and told me 100% Crusader diagnosed the problem wrong and that I wasted $100 with them. I would not recommend Crusader to anyone. Very disappointing.
Mr Olstar crusader Motors gave u a price on the genuine combination switch from Toyota we fill that u have been sold a non genuine switch at the price u say u have paid the Toyota parts are always more expensive for us too buy there for we sell the right part for u car that is genuine and it lasts 10 years longer than the non genuine part it. We are sorry that u could not afford the genuine part we do not sell Non genuine Toyota parts .
As for the 99.00 dollars we inspected u car and price the job we fill that is not unjustified u had a choice u choose non genuine thank u from crusader motors staff and management.
Will Always recommend! I took my Honda Legend with electronic problems and lights on the dash, to various workshops to get a quote. As the quoted price was too high, I then took my car to Crusader auto motors. The staff member was polite and the price quoted after the inspection was average. But the way they explained everything about the problem I was convinced to get my car fixed there.
The mechanic not only explained everything in detail but also displayed the work involved.
Not only now I know more about my car but have no problem since. I can say with customer service like that, this is a business you can trust with your car.
