I have found staff at this cafe can be rude and lack good customer service. The food is nice but expensive for what you get. Was there for lunch recently with a friend and we took the last table near the open door. After getting our meals a cold breeze was blowing on my back. I asked a staff member if the door could be closed and they asked someone above them. I heard that person reply, 'What, I don't think so!" I couldn't believe it! No care for me the customer. I paid and said I wouldn't be back and was met with a rude 'whatever'. A few weeks earlier I was in getting some takeaway sandwiches. They were very curt in their manner towards me. No hello, smile or a kind voice, which costs nothing btw. Then, as I was saying hello to a friend who walked in they came and slammed the sandwiches down on the table behind me in a truly mean way. I definitely won't be returning until the staff changes are made to the service.
