Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Imagine my surprise when my Crust Pizza arrived with cheese on it. I ordered online, deselected feta cheese, deselected mint yogurt. My (very overpriced by the way) pizza has mozzarella on it.

When I phoned the Glen Waverley store the store management told me that because it says on top of the menu that all pizzas have mozzarella they would not issue a refund.

So I reminded them that actually I was able to deselect mozzarella from my husband's pizza and as it was not listed as an ingredient on mine I assumed, as I believe most people would, that this as an exception to the "all pizzas".

So a call to head office is in order now as I have an expensive pizza I can't eat and the Glen Waverley management was rude.

I used to order pizza from crust every week for at least a year but I haven't recently because the is always a problem; Cold, smashed up against the box, oily (really oily and soggy), an hour late and once there was a small stone in it. I complained every time there was a problem and after a while they just thought I was making it up. Crust is great and there's no doubt, just don't go to Glen Waverley.

The only pizza to have and that's not arguable.
