Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Their pizza is quite expensive but I occasionally order Crust as a treat. However, I was very unimpressed with the service of the Crust Ivanhoe branch. Not only did they get my order wrong but when they tried to fix their mistake (by offering a free drink and the herb and garlic sticks they forgot to deliver) they then didn't bring the drink and when I called about it…again...Levi told me his manager advised against it. A note for Levi and his manager, don't offer your customers things and then not deliver (pun intended) and don't expect any repeat business from me. Much better pizza with much better service for much cheaper all over Melbourne.
