All I can say is absolutely terrible service. First time we rang they messed up a pizza so they gave us a freebie on our next order. Ordered a second time because of the freebie, they completely forgot half the order and gave us yet another free pizza, third time UNLUCKY did not honour the free pizza said it would be delivered in 1 hour, 2 hours later we rang and said pizza was with driver.
Pizza is a delicious, but the service is absolutely and incomprehensibly awful. If you want this pizza expect a mishap or an extremely long wait. Long story short, squally as great places to get pizza with 75% less hassle!
I couldn't have been more in the mood for pizza, so really, almost any pizza place would do. My favourite local place is closed on a Tuesday, so, I picked up the phone for Crust Pizza. I've had their pizzas before, and while not bad, they don't necessary wow the diner. But, given my low expectations, considerable hunger & lack of other available options nearby - I relented.
Regrettably, I'm invoking the 3 strikes and your out policy here. While past performances where not stellar, they were still passable as food. The last effort by Crust in Surry Hills however was dismal. ...read more
