A beautiful salon with talented and attentive stylists. I recently had such a wonderful experience and love my new hair cut and colour, can't wait to visit again soon!! As a bonus, they only use sustainable hair products.

I love Crysalis! My hair is difficult to manage and before going to Crysalis I kept having one hair disaster after another. I was actually quite scared of hairdressers! But I always feel as though I'm in safe hands there and feel very well cared for. I've been going there for a few years now and I often have people asking me where I get my hair/colour done, so I guess that is saying something! I like that they focus on natural products because my skin is fairly sensitive. The beauty room upstairs is divine too.

I have been going to crysalis for years. They have recently changed their product to an inferior brand and one of the staff members - was really rude and aggressive towards me when I questioned them about the new product that is cheaper for them to buy yet they are charging the same prices. Also I went in and asked them about my colour as it had gone from a nice blond colour to have a green tinge. Again they were rude and aggressive. They said the reason for the change in colour was because of something I had done. I wasn't sure about this but maybe it was and maybe it wasn't. It was the way they spoke to me that was really unprofessional and for the money they charge I would expect much better service. Very disappointed

I don't have anything at all bad to pass on about this salon. From the service received to the quality of the hairdressing ability by the staff, it is simply faultless. I would like to make a special mention of my hairdresser in particular Liam Twigger. He is a brilliant hairdresser and will 100% without a doubt provide you with a priceless hair dressing experience which will go above and beyond what you expected. I would encourage anyone to have a 'Crysalis Experience' as i can guarantee that you will never look back and ask yourself why you haven't done this before. Keep up the great work guys!
