Crystal Bay Resort

Very happy with our stay. Bed was reasonably comfortable ( as hotel beds go). It was very clean and comfortable. View was fantastic! Not sure if all units would have the same standard as they are owned individually, it might be luck of the draw. But we will def come back.

We have two kids under 3 and stayed for the Gold Coast Marathon. There were many problems:

1. The second bedroom, by anyone's standard, was really a dinning room with single beds. The room closed with a bifold door that did not reach the ceiling, so all the living room and kitchen noise went straight in.

Budget is the word. Make sure you bring everything from toilet paper to washing up detergent.
Airconditioning didn't work in room and it wasn't fixed while I was there.
No discounts.
Unfriendly staff.
Find somewhere else!!

the hotel was great for family,s on a budget,it had every thing we needed,walking distance to every thing.
