Crystal Car Wash Cafe

Busy place and sometimes a long wait. Could do with better prices or at least free coffee while you wait instead of charging extra for it.

I have a few cars these guys look after. Always attentive and do what is asked. Can be slow but that is mostly due to time of day. Pick a quiet non peak period. Always reliable and friendly

Needs serious management overhaul. 2 hours wait unacceptable while guys wander aimlessly wondering what to do next. Three people have "cleaned" windows but still dirty. No semblance of orderly process with one poor guy trying to coordinate a group who mostly seem to have no idea. I have been coming here for about ten years but never again.

I brought my car in for a cleanup. Told the guy it's a 2 year old car I want it to be spotless. It's filthy. Charged me upfront $140. When they told me it was clean and done, I checked and found a big load of the original dirt down the sides of the seats. The rest of the interior/exterior was average. I complained again. They had another go. I checked again. Still not clean. Complained again. Not bothering to wait until they "finush" before I post this negative review. I have plenty of time to write it as I've been here for an hour & 45. It took a bit of effort to get what a asked and paid for. If you're soft you'll get ripped off.

I should have read the reviews of Crystal Car Wash. It took 1.5 hrs to wash and vacuum my mini and then when I had a look there was still dirt on the car and it wasn't vacuumed properly. For $55 I would expect more from a place that was trying to talk me into a $150 Polish. If you can't get a basic clean right then why would anyone spend any more money at this establishment?. To his credit, the manager agreed with me and my car was redone. That isn't the point though. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time here and I will never go back again! My husband does a better job and he doesn't have the technology that you have. I'll be taking my business elsewhere- you lost me!
