Not a great wash, very slap dash, especially for the price. I was upsold to their 5 wash deal. WARNING never buy their pre-paid 5 washes, I just caught them out deleting 3 out of my 5 washes ($180 worth) I had to seriously argue (with 2 guys) to get the 3 washes re-instated, luckily I had proof or they would have got away with it. I would steer clear.
Driving in the rain would leave your car looking better.
The car came back with polish all over the windscreen which made it impossible to see through the windscreen in the rain and more polish smeared all the black parts of my car turning them grey. The supposed paint protection left the paintwork cloudy and streaky. I went back and gave the guy an opportunity to redo/fix the poor work but he made every excuse known to man and told me that it was the best clean and detail they do for $385. I will have to take it to a professional detailing place now and spend double to fix their poor work.
This is the best carwash out of all car washes on victoria road.
They really look after your car and do a great job. The cafe is beautiful. free coffee (it's a really nice coffee) and a free paper. Doesn't take too long. Love coming here when I want to relax or have time.
NYLON BRUSHES AT WORK!!! This car wash, in case you didnt know it, uses nylon brushes to wash your car. I found this out the hard way..my car was badly scratched with vertical, multiple scratch marks on the passenger door, right through the clear coat. The management refused to accept that this had happened. they offered to buff out for $50 the panel. The large thick nylon brushes are kept in a laundry tub, and there was plenty grit down the bottom of the tub when they showed it to me.Easy to see how the scratches occurred, Not the slightest bit embarrassed or apologetic, They said."They must have happened somewhere else" Refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever. BEWARE!!!!
