Just took my car to Mosman Crystal. NEVER again. Previously dissapointed with the $19 wash where car comes out half clean, I tried the $65 dollar wash. It came out with drips all over, windscreen still dirty, doors not wiped out, floor mat wet, water on leather seats. Guy was arrogant and tried to tell me how good they were. It's a BIG BIG RIP off.
Took my car in for a full detail. NEVER AGAIN.
Was persuaded to pre-pay for a bundle - my mistake.
For: done quickly; interior was clean.
Against: looked OK in daylight but roof and sides were covered in swirl marks. On taking it back, the manager asserted (a) can't see the problem (b) that's normal / even new cars are like that (c) X customers a day can't be wrong. They did repolish the roof which made an improvement - so could do the job right when they tried. Refused more than 20% refund on the bundle despite my protest.
End result: clean but paint damaged car, three times more expensive than I initially expected.
I will not be taking any car to Crystal Car Wash again.
Terrible! The rude barista Carol decided to close up early and refused to make me the coffee which is supposed to be part of the service. Then turned off the music and spoke far far too loudly in chinese with her co-worker. Terrible experience. Extremely rude wait-staff. Clean was average.
Possibly the worst car wash ever and not something you expect at Mosman. The white texter they used on the glass to identify the wash for their staff was still on the glass at the finish. With an express vacuum at $33 one of the passenger seat wasn’t even vacuumed… I should have waited till I was near another car wash. Will never be going back.
