Stay away from these people. They are very interested in taking your money but not in cleaning your car.
I took my car there a couple of days ago for the first, and last, time for a wash. I paid for the "Deluxe" car was -not the Standard - thinking that I would get a decent service. What I got instead was a car that was washed on the outside but the inside was left untouched except for the vacuuming. The windows were also not cleaned on the inside.
How these people stay in business when they behave like this is beyond me. NOT RECOMMENDED
I take my car here all the time for a wash I think it changed hands recently and some previous reviewers don't look happy but I've always always found them very service orientated and the do a good job. You can also hang at their cafe which serves on ok coffee and cake.
I'm always particular about my car so I always check it before driving off and if the guys have missed anything they're always happy to quickly address it without fuss. I recommend this place.
Been a loyal customer for over 10years and miss the previous management better, friendlier, prompt service. What I experienced last week for the first time using this new management has left a sour taste in my mouth and will definately won't be returning to this third world country "customer service". After convincing me to pay $150 for a service that saw my drivers foot mat (it's a rubber moulded one specific to my 4x4) mistakenly placed in someone else's car and to this day still no phone call for follow up after they tracked down the other driver I have not received even a apology yet my property back. I will definately ban this business under the new management it's lack of service, promptness, skills to handle a complaint isn't sufficient to warrant my handing over of my business and hard earned cash.
