Terrible.i found both staff lacking customer service skills, both when I dropped off 5 winter jackets to be cleaned & again when I picked them up. One of the staff picked up 3 of the jackets, held it in 1 hand then by guesstimation said that it was heavier than normal ! so whacked on an extra charge. Paid $70+, to find all 5 jackets did not look like they had been cleaned well & when I showed them several marks on the jacket they said they do not use chemicals anymore only steam & the marks must have been there for some time. Another jacket had extra pilling & fluff on it. All the jackets were packed together in the same clear cover bag & when I asked if I could have them separated "they don't do that either". I will be finding another cleaner who can clean & has customer service skills.
