If you are considering Crystal Pool to build you a gorgeous swimming pool for your commercial or residential property, read this review as I want you to know my experience with Crystal Pool. Recently I have built the most beautiful pool with Crystal Pools. Steve from Sales was brillant, so patient and knowledgeable and made sure I was 100% happy with my pool design, materials chosen and most importantly the price. I had dealt with other pool companies, in which in return they were rude and pushy, that disgusted me and I felt more at ease with Crystal Pool. Steve went through the contract with me and brought to my attention every fine details and any variations that could occur, through the construction process. I felt confident going into a legal binding contract with Crystal Pools. I was appointed Peter as my Supervisor Foreman, I was very impressed by his professionalism and his experience building this residential pool for our family. Each team, from ...read more

After many years I am still angered in the way our family was treated by this company and the appalling pool building works we were left with on our property. It really is a shame that I have
to even give them one star. Would not recommend them to anybody.
Hi Phil,
We would like to assist if you have any concerns with Crystal Pools. Please provide more details so we can establish when we built a pool for you as we cannot find any records.
Thanking you.
All very friendly during the sales process but once you get into delivery be prepared to be dissapointed. I was promised a Christmas completion as part of the negotiations and ended up getting a finished pool on 30th May just in time for winter. Now a few years on I have a warranty issue of a leaking pool and grouting coming away from all the joints. They have committed to patch the leak but they are refusing to discuss any repair of the grouting, advising me that the warranty for this expired after two years. I paid $85,000 for the pool and here we are now where i’m being asked to pay for repairs for faulty material to the tune of $2k to $3k. Don’t use Crystal Pools. They are just not worth the effort.
Hi Mr King.Thank you for your review. As discussed with you previously, we are sorry you feel we are responsible for the corrosive damage to your pool surface. We have inspected your pool and found the chemical balance has not been maintained correctly and this imbalance has caused the corrosive damage to your pool surface. In good faith, we offered to repair the damage caused at cost to assist you, even though your pool is well out of the warranty period. We use a commercial grade grout system and which is only affected by a high chemical imbalance, like the results from your site inspections. The pH is a critical element of water maintenance and can lead to ongoing problems if not balanced correctly. Aside from grouting, a low pH (or overly acidic pool water) can also corrode metal such as steps and heaters and cause staining. Again, we are happy to assist you with the repairs, as well as assisting with instructions on how to maintain your pool balance into the future.
I appreciate your response.. however you fail to provide all the facts. (i) I spent tens of thousands of dollars with you buying an automated dosing sytem which, during the sales process, I was advised would ensure my pool would be kept in best condition (ii) I frequently have my pool tested at the local pool shop and always add the recommended chemicals. I advised you of this when we spoke but you were not interested in learning the real history of the chemical balance of my pool. You found a get out clause and used it...
To all the familys with children that are thinking about installing a pool with Crystal Pools beware. I agree with the other negative comments on the internet They have been difficult from the start and from the beginning forgot to tell you what's NOT included. I wish I had viewed the other negative reviews before engaging any communication with this company. It would have saved me, my wife and family 1 year of headaches.
Are we talking about the same company as the Crystal Pools that I dealt with were very professional and the opposite to what I am reading here. From Sales (Ray) to project manager (Matt) and in particular the workers that make it happen, they were all fantastic to deal with and treated my wife and I with total professionalism. Even the companies they recommended were great to deal with and went above and beyond what you would ...read more
