One of the worst experiences in terms of service and, more importantly, customer relations I have encountered in over 30 years of trade dealings. After promising a home-visit to assess the work which they bailed on without contact, a representative of the Crows Nest store ensured my faulty blinds were in their possession before informing me that repair work was forwarded to their Rydalmere factory for quotes - a trip they only made once a week. They effectively wasted eight days during which I could have sought this repair work elsewhere. When I complained to them directly, they became objectionable and defensive to the point of refusing to listen to my issues. In a subsequent call, they refused to supply their email address (it is not on his website).
