CSD Fitness is a mobile personal training service that operates throughout Melbourne. We supply all the necessary equipment at each of your sessions and we come to you! Focusing on delivering the highest quality workouts and support, the aim is to help you reach your fitness goals while educating and teaching you skills at the same time so that when you leave our sessions you know exactly what you need to do throughout the week in order to fast track yourself to achieving your goals.
