Unprofessional, sold the car before we got there on the day that we booked an inspection and test drive. Untrustworthy, steer clear.
I'm sorry, but I don't understand how this makes our business untrustworthy and unprofessional. As a car yard owner it's our job to sell cars. I'm sorry you missed out on the car we had for sale. Unfortunately, that can happen at car yards. I would always recommend calling prior to any inspection to confirm the car is still available or you could put a holding deposit down and we would hold the car. Being a professional sales person and the quality of our cars, they tend to sell quickly. All car yards have customers make appointments daily and don't show up. Who's to say you would have brought that particular the car. Good luck with the purchase of your next car. Just to clarify, you made the appointment on a Saturday afternoon, and we sold the car on the following Monday afternoon.
I bought a BMW from CSK Carsales and sadly it was riddled with problems after being promised that it wasn't.
The issues were immediately raised and then brought back to be fixed by them yet after they fixed them I had the car inspected by a BMW mechanic and was told they were still there. These issues shouldn't have passed a roadworthy test!
Because of their attempted repairs more problems arose and because I live a long distance from them and they couldn't guarantee more issues wouldn't arise if I drove it to them so I had no option but to have BMW fix them and then forward the bill which they now are unwilling to cover.
All in all a very bad experience and I would not recommend their business to anyone.
Months on and he still ignores my attempts to settle this issue going as far to try have my reviews removed from other sites saying I don't exist, has never met me, never sold me a car? I had to show proof so the reviews reman.
If only he used that same effort on fixing my car! I dare say he wouldn't be in this position.
Also, many others have also been let down since me and he has also tried masking his errors or passing the blame elsewhere with them. Check out their reviews on google and Facebook and other review sites.
All in all, stay away! You've been warned. Hope that helps!
