The management completely lacks customer service skills.
I was there with my chinese girlfriend and was purchasing sheesha stones.
When I asked if they contained nicotine in english, they told me they were. But when I found out they were not, I brought them back, IMMEDIATELY before I even stepped outside of the store and informed they were not. They then replied something in Chinese that my girlfriend understood to be very offensive. After my girlfriend told her in chinese that the stones were not what I was looking for, the management then went on to swear at my girlfriend in Chinese calling us "cheap". I fortunately, got my money back. Will NEVER be going back to this place. I would give 0 stars If it were possible
