We had our gumtree removed by CTL last July 2017. Bruno called to let me know that it was done and so I asked him to pick up the cash payment without receipt from my husband ( We went for this option thinking that it would be cheaper but it seems that the quotation I got from Austral Tree services was almost the same and this is with receipt gst included and accepts credit card. CTL's quotation with receipt gst included is more expensive than Austral. It was too late for us to retract as he already asked SA Power to cut the branch from the high powered electricity line and he still can't give me the complete quotation but when it did, it was a couple of hundreds more expensive. The only option we have is the cash payment without receipt). When we went to the property, to our surprise, the tree stump was still there. Bruno and his crew brought down three huge spotted gums (entwined in the power lines and very near our house, of course) for us over a two day period. The job was done extremely professionally and safely at a fantastic rate. His crew were extremely good and took care to reassure the neighbours their houses would be fine! We'd definitely recommend them.
