Tonight is not the first time Ive eaten there and it certainly wont be the last. In short, Cucina offers impeccably prepared meals presented in fine dining fashion. Youll find a reasonably priced menu for phenomenal food with an exceptional wine list to mach.
The Saltimbocca was on my must try list tonight. Pan-fried veal layered with prosciutto and mozzarella, enveloped in a creamy sage jus accompanied with vegetables. A deliciously rich meal enjoyed with a bottle of Annies Lane Riesling.
I should also add, the staff at Cucina never forgets my partner eats gluten free. This is the attention to detail you can expect from such professionals.
