It was a pleasure to dine at Cucinetta?, easily one of my favourite venues of 2017 so far. It is elegant and affluent with top notch fine dining and wonderful harbour views but it still manages to be relaxed, non-pretentious and a superb place to indulge in a wine paired degustation. Review is now up on Spooning Australia.
The food was quite tasty, but portions were too small for the sky high prices they charge. Very expensive wine and no BYO option, it is a shame that the cheapest bottle of wine was well over $40. Another thing is that you're jam packed in. The view is pretty though, mainly you see the Harbour Bridge.
Lovely atmosphere and stunning views to enjoy on a romantic date or small gathering. Cuisine is traditional Italian food and the pasta is insanely good - prepared with fresh products and seasoned with traditional spices. Staff are very kind and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Great experience every time.
The restaurant is absolutely charming - great welcoming atmosphere with an air of refined elegance that along with the stunning views always serves as the perfect backdrop for a most delightful dining experience. Food is great - always freshly prepared and presented in a most pleasing manner. My husband always goes for the seafood and asserts that it's simply marvellous. I myself can't have any shellfish but I'll take hi s word as a foodie for it. Pasta is the best I've had , regardless of its kind - always fresh and delectable. This is our favourite place for a lovely quiet night out.
