I have been using Cullachange for years now and could not be happier with the quality of the dying, the loveliness of Rosemary and all the staff. I send numerous garments from Melbourne to be be dyed and are always overwhelmed by the result and the attention to detail and care of the pieces. Thank you Cullachange for your wonderful work and wonderful service.
Recently had a 3 piece pants suit dyed. It was polyester..all pieces..2 were similar to what I wanted..simple deep purple as on color chart. One was definitely not deep purple...
More of a crimson, looked terrible, so ..I sent it back..hoping for a better and SIMILAR color..but nooo it's still not right, trouble is this garment is what makes the suit, it has sequins on it. In a random design..well, lucky for me it WAS random. Not only was this piece of the suit a different color, but when I opened my pathetically posted garment, most of the sequins fell out of the PLASTIC bag...please people BE WARNED. Rosemary may have all the answers, but CANNOT DO THE JOB..I REPEAT CANNOT DO THE JOB. I was told several times..oh the sequins will be no trouble..well guess what..you are wrong Rosemary. Thanks for nothing, my precious outfit that I had worn to my sons wedding, and hoping to wear to my daughters wedding, is now hanging in my wardrobe not fit to wear. Joan Whetton
I would like to register my compliments for a fabulous service. I have sent numerous clothing items for dyeing and all have been a great result.
Some of the reviews indicate to me that they do not read the instructions which are very clear.
There is a definite responsibility of the client to do follow up care.
A recent colour change of a Country Road linen jacket from oatmeal to Ocean , came delivered obviously requiring further care. After a dry cleaning pressing service it looks fabulous.
My advice is Read the Instructions and you won't be disappointed.
