I always like to try out different pubs so when I was looking for a venue for a birthday get together/farewell dinner, I decided to pick the Cumby (otherwise known as the Cumberland Arms). It wasn't a bad place, though I found that having a large group made it quite difficult to fit around the same table. However, as it turned out, they had some booths out the back which we ended up migrating to which gave us a lot more room. They do have a decent beer garden, but it does get crowded on a Friday night, and there wasn't all that much that stood out beyond it being just another trendy pub. I certainly wouldn't object to coming here again, but it is not a place I would go out of my way to visit again. However it is a nice place to have a few quiet beers with friends.
