Cuppa Flower

One of my favourite venues of 2017 Cuppa Flower? (WATERLOO) is a food art venue that would inspire Monet and Van Gogh. Soft Shelled Crab Croissant with Eggs and Fish Roe is a dish I will dream about for the rest of my life - DIVINE!! But be warned this place is one of the busiest in Sydney at the moment due to its popularity - if you can't stand waiting or will get upset if not given 100% attention then you could get disappointed - in my opinion - WELL WORTH IT!

Excellent little cafe with the added bonus of being able to purchase lovely flowers. It is clear most customers are there to get a snap of the food and pretty settings and the cafe chef is very aware of this ensuring every plate sent out is picture perfect. Whilst looking good it also tastes great the popular chiffon cake is light, fluffy and has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy. The sweet corn fritters were some of the best I have had. Fresh, vibrant, light and zingy from the lemon dressing.

What a cool concept! A florist that also sells cakes and coffee! It is a beautiful florist selling a wide range of bunches of flowers, but also sells cakes. They have basic options liken croissants, acai bowls and some cakes and biscuits, as well as coffees. I went for the violet taro cake which was amazing made of many layers! I also got latte with the beautiful art! A cool place to check out that i'm sure will be the spot of instagrammers shortly.

This is such a cute little cafe/florist in the new Mascot shopping area. I went in there because I couldn't not. It is so pretty from the outside...flowers just falling everywhere! Then you go in and they have gorgeous pastries and cakes on display and are busily making coffees. The only negative I would say about this place is it's pretty pricey and they don't have a huge range of cheaper flowers just to put in a vase at home. I got a small bunch of daffodils for $8 and they lasted about 3 days. Regardless, it's such a nice idea and really well executed.
