My mother lives in an aged care service and the nominated pharmacy is CURA. We have on a number of occassions being billed for medication and medical supplies that were not received. When you call, the phone rings they pick up and dont talk. Also please check your bills deligently. They will say they haven't received BPAY payments saying 'maybe you forgot to put the reference number in'. Very dissapointed with CURA and how they treat vulnerable older Australians.
