Totally second Kate's review. Could not advise people to steer clear enough.
When they didn't turn up at their agreed time their lack of contact was blamed on me providing incorrect phone number. Checked, I didn't!
Don't say when they are coming. When cancelled ongoing pool water restoration as we had it well in hand and didn't like randoms turning up unannounced in our back yard invoiced more for part of the job than we were quoted for whole.
They passed our number onto another company to quote solar heating repair. The wait time and cost of the quote provided wasn't suitable so we went with another. Two months later they billed us $200.00 for the solar quote.
No mention of charge for quite prior, stated standard business practice and demanded payment.
Not sure where they leaned to run a business and stunned they are still operating.
These people are simply hopeless, just a tiny co. Who do not call when they are coming# do an average job and suck at customer service ..im petitioning my agent to give them the boot.
Don't waste your time
